After six months of work by the teams at Bourdarias, the Primméa development in the southern French town of Montauban is fully watertight and airtight.
Located in an area undergoing a transformation, the development comprises a building with 51 apartments.
To limit its environmental impact, over 90% of the concrete used for the structure will be low carbon. The EXEGY®-certified concrete formulation used will help achieve a 37% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. The work is due to finish in the final quarter of 2023.
